Supporting Charity..Chosen Numo Charity for 2012, Variety ClubAt Numo, we do various activities to support charity from Runs to Events and a few things in between. This year our primary charity has been chosen by Tim, as a follow on from activity where he took part in association with Ferrari as a driver in 2011. For 60 years Variety Club Children's Charity has been helping sick, disabled and disadvantaged children and young people. The Variety Club has an illustrious history stretching back to the golden age of British entertainment. The charity has raised over £200 million in the last 6 decades and improved the lives of more than a million children and young people. They provide Sunshine Coaches, electric wheelchairs, outings to exciting places, equip children's hospitals and help in many other ways. So watch this space and we will try to keep you updated. Oh and as an aside, booked this year so far in other charitable events is Steve doing the Manchester 10k for Bupa, and he really can't run so that should be interesting.
