Steve Tomkinson - CEO

With an extensive background in sales management Steve developed his
career working at Moss Bros Group Plc and was solely responsible
for generating in excess of £15 million of revenue. Combining
a broad base of client development in varying market sectors, encompassing
small to medium enterprises to blue chip multi-nationals, Steve's
experience of sales and marketing covers extensive spheres of operations.
An understanding of business need across all levels of an organisation
accompanies a strong history of proposition development.
A change in focus to the IT industry has consistently delivered year-on-year
increases in turnover, operating efficiency and improved profitability
in a number of medium sized enterprises. Steve possesses a strong
concentration of commercial and management abilities with flair
to drive focus and provide an environment to promote client liaison
and delivery.
Taking over the CEO role at Numo in Dec 2003, Steve has dramatically improved client retention and has introduced among others, a number of large accounts to the Group, raising the profile of Numo and making it truly, a world class solution provider.

Tim Davies – CTO

A strong team leader and experienced project manager, Tim is a seasoned computer
professional with a sound background in both business development
and IT with over 17 years industry experience. He comes to us having headed up an international software
house and the largest european technology incubator, (based on turnover) giving him a wide range of developmental
and organizational competencies which extend across the entire project
life cycle.
With a proven track record allied with accreditation in service
management, risk assessment, quality management and being a trained
Quality Auditor he is a great asset to the team.
He is well versed in taking responsibility for technical and business
modeling of new product concepts as well as fund raising, having
run large companies and teams on complex pan European projects.
Tim has been responsible for a number of high profile applications
and web developments, including the largest european web site (based on visitors) at the time of deployment, as well as the 5th largest web cast (based on consecutive sessions) in the world. Tim was also a senior member of the team that developed and deployed the first full transactional online bank.
As CTO at Numo since Dec 2003, Tim has managed the uplift in turnover and business and with appropriate systems and controls, has managed to deliver the solutions with very little increase in infrastructure and overhead cost.

Richard Boateng - Non Executive Director

Until April 2003, the Deputy Director for The NATO
Automated Financial Systems Project, a 28-site project, across some
12 NATO member nations, with a budget of Euro 34 million. Richard
spearheaded the successful implementation of 19 sites all live within
21 months. He has worked for over 17 years in specialist Accounting
Software implementation, 8 years in Web and Internet technologies
and has a long history of achievement in Systems Integration.
Richard has international experience in a range
of different industrial and business sectors: the Military &
Public Sector (NATO), Insurance & Reinsurance (Dewey Warren
– Lloyds and PSAC Underwriting), Accounting (PriceWaterhouse),
Manufacturing (Phillip Morris, & Toyota Tsusho UK), Systems
Integration (Fujitsu Europe UK Limited), Power Generation (National
Grid PLC), Revenue Agencies (Customs & Excise), Local Government
(Royal Bethlem and Maudsley Hospital) and the Media; from Radio
(RTL) through Television (Sky), Interactive Television (The Money
Channel PLC) to Films (Enterprise Pictures UK Limited).
Richard is currently contracted to Canon Europe as the release manager working on the largest management change system in the world to date, this also uses all of Oracle's packages in one deployment. Richard will soon move to the role of Compliance Manager to ensure the delivery is controlled and fit for purpose.

Tim Hanbury - Non Executive Director

Started his business career in the accountancy profession,
before becoming a member of the Stock Exchange. He worked for two
leading Stockbroking firms, being mainly involved on the corporate
side, in particular venture capital.
He was the finance director of AidCall plc, raising funds for the company to expand as well as helping to negotiate the subsequent sale of the company.
He undertook specialist study at University in Computers
and Information Technology and Information Retrieval, completing
a research project on the indexing algorithms of the major Search
Engines.
His broad based business experience and contacts, his involvement with other It companies and his accountancy background are invaluable to the company.
